Noëlle Krans joined the Clingendael Institute as Academy Project Fellow in August 2023. She currently coordinates training programs for diplomats.

Prior to joining Clingendael, Noëlle worked as a project manager in a NGO in Madagascar, where she coordinated projects on the topic of Rural Livelihoods and Conservation. She also has several years of experience in designing and delivering training in international settings. 

Noëlle holds a Cum Laude MA in Globalization and Development Studies from Maastricht University, where she predominantly focused on post-development theory and climate change. In addition, she holds a Cum Laude BSc in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Erasmus University College, where she majored in global and public health. Between her degrees Noëlle held positions at the local and national board of AIESEC, an international NGO focused on youth leadership development.
