Manzoer Gulzar is a Junior Fellow at Clingendael Academy. In this capacity, he primarily focuses on the development, coordination, and implementation of training courses on the functioning of the European Union. He specializes in EU Foreign Policy and Negotiation in the EU context. 

Manzoer joined the Clingendael Institute as Academy Intern in September 2023. Prior to joining Clingendael, Manzoer worked at the United Netherlands as Academic Manager where he coordinated the 'United Nations and Multilateral Diplomacy' university course. As Academic Manager, he acted as both lead-designer and headteacher of a 6-month training program on the theory and practice of diplomacy which prepared 30 students for United Nations simulations (MUNs) at Harvard and Oxford University. 

Manzoer holds a BSc (Honours) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Utrecht University. During his bachelors, he participated and held positions in several extracurricular programs. He primarily focused on exploring the EU- and Dutch-Sino relationship.
