Working with informal justice
Inspired by the Interactive Brainstorm on Understanding and Engaging with Informal Justice Systems, this policy brief provides recommendations for policymakers, researchers, academics and practitioners who focus on the area of informal justice, or more broadly in the area of justice reform, to help these actors more securely take decisions regarding informal justice interventions, and to ensure these interventions are made with cutting edge thinking and experience in this area in mind.
