CIEP Energy Training 2009
May 6, 2009. Against the background of the financial crisis, CIEP will provide its 2009 energy training sessions in the form of two separate modules in May and November this year. The first module, to be held on May 27th, titled EU Energy Policies and External Relations, will consist of a bird’s eye view of the EU’s energy policies and their bearing on the union’s external policies in light of recent developments. The second module, to be held on November 10th, titled Geopolitics of Energy, will feature a close look at some of the most recent geopolitical developments as far Russia’s energy policy is concerned.
