In Memoriam Schelto Patijn
July 16, 2007. Schelto Patijn (13 August, 1936) was Chairman of the Board of the Clingendael Institute from January 1988 till January 1st, 1995. The enthusiasm with which he dedicated himself to the Institute’s affairs, has been of great importance to the Clingendael Institute.
Our Board and staff will remember him as an extremely amiable man, whose personal involvement in the Institute has been very significant for its future.
We wish his wife, children and grandchildren the strength to deal with this great personal loss.
