First Clingendael - ISS Public Lecture
September 1, 2004. On Thursday 23 September the first Clingendael-ISS Public Lecture will be held. Guest speaker is the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, H.E. Mrs Xue Hanqin, who will speak on the topic of China's Open Policy and International Law. The lecture will take place in the Auditorium of the Institute of Social Studies, Kortenaerkade 12, The Hague at 16.00 hrs.
