Expert Meeting ‘Non-State Actors as Stakeholders within the Non-Proliferation Regime’ 13 October 2009
On 13 October 2009 a paper on “Non-State Actors as Stakeholders within the Non-Proliferation Regime”, written by Maarten Lak, was presented during an expert meeting at the Clingendael Institute.
