CIEP Briefing Paper: ‘Negotiating a robust climate policy’
November 13, 2009. This CIEP Briefing paper looks at the drivers and key players of current climate negotiations. Climate negotiations will only result in the necessary drastic transition of the global energy system when the underlying interests of all key players are better taken into account.
