CIEP Energy Lecture: Energy Security through dialogue: The Role of the International Energy Forum (IEF)
September 6, 2009. The Clingendael International Energy Programme is pleased to announce that on September 21, Mr. Noé van Hulst, Secretary General of the International Energy Forum (IEF), will give a CIEP Energy Lecture. Mr. Noé van Hulst will focus on the role of the producer-consumer dialogue in global energy security, and in particular on the growing role of the IEF and its Secretariat. Read more »
