Coalitions for Energy Innovation in Europe
February 26, 2007. Could cooperation between EU Member States that aim to be frontrunners in energy innovation accelerate the transition to a low carbon economy in Europe? And, given the Dutch ambition to be such a 'frontrunner', with which countries could the Netherlands initiate cooperation? These questions were put central in a project carried out by Clingendael International Energy Programme and CE Delft for the Dutch Energy Transition Department (IPE).
