CIEP reacts to the European Commission’s green paper 'Energy'
September 27, 2006. The Clingendael International Energy Programme picked up the European Commission's open invitation to react to the green paper 'Energy' of March 2006. In its contribution CIEP argues that new European energy policy should pay attention to legitimate producing countries' interests and take changing circumstances in world energy markets better into account in the modification of regulatory models.
