EU Standards for Energy Security of Supply

In a CIEP/ECN study written by Jacques de Jong and Hans Maters, both senior fellows with CIEP, and Martin Scheepers and Ad Seebregts of the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN), EU Standards for Energy Security of Supply, the development of two quantitative indicators for EU energy supply security standards are described. It explains how the indicators work and how standards are used in a review process to assess the EU's security of energy supply.
