Programme "Energy and Climate" now available
May 19, 2005. On September 12th the one-day training module on Energy and Climate will take place at Clingendael. This is the third module of CIEP's Energy Training. The module will bring participants up to date with latest developments in (post-)Kyoto negotiations, climate and transition policies and emission trading.
