Getting in the EEAS

The Clingendael Institute is pleased to announce its new one-day intensive job interview training for national diplomats who are applying for a position in the European External Action Service.

Developed in cooperation with the Netherlands Debate Institute, this skills and behaviour training concentrates on how to present and ‘sell’ yourself professionally during the job interview. It also offers techniques and practical advice on how to deal with difficult questions. Moreover the latest information on the EEAS and its recruitment procedures is shared.

On 10 December 2010, the first successful edition of this in-company training took place in Riga, at the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A group of 12 Latvian diplomats was trained for forthcoming job interviews to high-level posts within the European External Action Service.

Are you interested to improve your diplomats’ chances for a job in the European External Action Service? Then our training ‘Getting in the EEAS’ is the best choice for you.
