Ingrid d'Hooghe
Research Fellow
Ingrid d'Hooghe (MA) is a China specialist, conducting training and research on China's foreign policy and diplomacy. Before joining Clingendael, she was an academic staff member at the Sinological Institute of Leiden University where she also served as editor of China Information. She has worked as Policy Officer at the Netherlands Embassy in Beijing and as guest lecturer at the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing. She has published on China's Public Diplomacy, China-US relations, China-Central Asia relations and the ASEM. D'Hooghe is currently conducting research on Chinese-European relations.
