DEBATING CHINA'S GLOBAL REPUTATION IN BEIJING, 19-20 May 2012
The Charhar Institute, China's foremost public diplomacy think tank, and the Clingendael Institute will jointly hold the Charhar-Clingendael Public Diplomacy Forum, which is to take place on May 19, 2012. At the Forum a mixed group of leading Chinese and international scholars, think-tankers and practitioners will debate and develop a geo-cultural perspective on public diplomacy based on a China-Europe-US-Dialogue. The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Netherlands Embassy in Beijing, and the China-Europe Academic Network (CEAN) are co-sponsoring this high-profile event, which will take place in Beijing.
